As part of our full service solution offer, PCM provide engineering, manufacturing and fitting services for customers in a purpose built workshop facility opened in 2022. Services include shearing and pressing services, plate cutting and bending and manufacturing of parts as part of production process. We have cutting capacity to max 8mm thick steel up to sheet size of 3200mm.
These services are useful for a range of commercial applications and are ideal for those businesses without in-house capacity and requiring quick turnaround.
Customers can have their metal cut to their specifications by letting the PCM team know their requirements. With this service, customers will be able to get the exact cuts that they need to produce the best possible equipment.
We also offer an in house fitting service for our Ritespec crane attachments range. This includes fitting of our Ritespec clamshell buckets and buckets and rotator packages and includes hydraulic hose supply as part of this service. We can also manufacture crane / machinery links to your specification.
The engineering and manufacturing facilities also enable PCM to offer a bespoke aluminium tank manufacturing service to customers to augment the existing stock range. PCM are also able to modify existing tanks to make them more suitable for a particular machine or application type to suit customer requirements.
